How to Tell if a Full Roof Replacement is Needed

If there are any signs of moisture or water damage , such as brown spots on the ceiling, presence of mold or peeling paint, a full replacement is recommended. The age of the roof also plays a key roll in determining the strength of your roof. If your roof is fairly young and already leaking there could be a bigger issue at hand, however a 20 year old leaking roof is not uncommon.
