Very positive experience from start to finish. After assessing the damage to my roof, caused by high winds, Peters Roofing submitted a comprehensive report and proposal to my insurance company and worked with them over a few weeks and through multiple adjusters to get the work approved. Greg was extremely professional from start to finish and even came out to supervise the crew while the work was in progress. The crew was skilled and the quality of the work was excellent. They took great care to insure my home was protected during the roof replacement and the entire work area was left clean. I also asked them to come out a repair a piece of siding that was damaged by a neighbor’s contractor which they were happy to accommodate. I would recommend the Peter’s Roofing team.
From our first meeting with Tony and Heidi to the completion of our roof I can’t say enough good things. I contacted Tony due to recent storm damage to my roof and home. Tony responded almost immediately and made arrangements to come assess the damage. He was accommodating to my schedule and came on time with his partner Heidi. Both Tony and Heidi were extremely honest and upfront about the process of submitting a claim through my insurance company and promised to work diligently to ensure our roof was fully covered. After submitting our initial claim the whole process went smoother than I could have imagined as Tony and Heidi stayed on top of the insurance company to make sure everything was being processed appropriately. Tony and Heidi were both present when the claim investigator came to make sure nothing was missed. Our claim was approved and we picked our new shingles. Tony was very knowledgeable of the product. We scheduled an installation date in October but Tony advised me they had an opening and we were able to get our roof completed earlier than expected. On the day of install the crew showed up on time and got to work. The crew did a great job of making sure things around my house were protected and cleaned as they installed the roof. To my surprise, the job was finished in one day. Tony followed up with me after the install to make sure we were satisfied with the work and product. Which we were! Our new roof and the repairs made to the fascia look great. If you have suffered storm damage to your roof/home or need a new roof I strongly encourage you to consider Peter’s Roofing & Gutters.
